Jumpers in Australia set a record when they jumped a 36-way diamond. US jumpers Chris Gay and Brian Pangburn was organizing the event. Jumpers used PD Lightning canopies.
Also US jumpers make some bigways. In Wisconsin they made two 25-way diamonds.
Competitions
World Air Games was held in Turin, Italy in June. There was only rotation event. Russian won the event. 8th World Games was held in Kaohsiung, Chinese Taipei in July. There were six teams and the only 2-way sequential. USA won the event.
